DESCRIPTION:About the ProgramThis hands-on programs will teach youth how to:
 Rethink their drink: learn how to measure the amount of sugar in a variety of beveragesMake healthy smoothiesEat a Rainbow & how to balance their plateRead Food Labels & become more familiar with nutritional contentIdentify healthy fast food optionsMake simple & healthy snacks at homeStart their day with a healthy mealMake a breakfast parfaitDevelop easy fitness routines** This program may not be suitable for youth with food allergies and dietary restrictions, etc.Participating
 youth will take part in engaging activities that empower
 them with the skills to make healthy decisions and lead healthy
