Learn affordable ways to make vegetables last using safe and successful methods. Cornell-trained Master Food Preserver educators will teach the simple steps of homemade, shelf-stable veggies, from sourcing produce to jarring, sealing and processing. We`ll cover the tools and tricks of preservation, such as safety and shelf-life, to help reduce food costs all year long.
