Our Annual Meeting will be held Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2026, at 5 p.m. If you would like to join us via zoom for our Annual Meeting, please register HERE. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Constitution Approval
The Cornell Cooperative Extension Putnam County Constitution is reviewed every three years, with any proposed amendments presented to the membership for approval. While no changes are being proposed this year, members are still asked to cast their vote to approve or reject the Constitution as presented. You may review the Constitution HERE before casting your vote.

2027 Board of Directors Election
There are three vacancies to be filled on the 2027 Cornell Cooperative Extension Putnam County Board of Directors. Members may vote for the three nominated candidates listed on the ballot or submit write-in candidates of their choosing. Please select no more than three candidates in total. Thank you for taking the time to vote and for your continued support of Cornell Cooperative Extension Putnam County. Your involvement helps ensure that our organization remains responsive to the needs of the communities we serve.
