Janis Butler, Master Gardener Volunteer with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Putnam County will show you how to make your backyard welcoming to critters in all seasons, especially insects and birds. In this presentation she will discuss the importance of insects and native plants, including shrubs and trees. Together we’ll explore the best food and shelter for over-wintering critters and the dream of contiguous suburban habitats.
