Bio Blitz at Tilly Foster

Join us for a Bio Blitz at “Restore and Regenerate” Forest at Tilly Foster Farm!

Veterans and their families are invited to join us. Attendees will learn how to identify plants and animals using the iNaturalist app. 

Staff from Soldiers2Scientists and Cornell Cooperative Extension will be on hand to help! This is a drop-in, drop-out event. Spend as much or as little time as you can share. 

A bio blitz is an event where staff and volunteers find and identify as many species as possible in a specific area over a short period of time. Knowing which insects, birds, and plants live in and around this forest will help us steward it into the future.
