4-H Fishing Clinic

Children ages 3-15 can enjoy a hands-on Fishing Clinic at the pond at Tilly Foster Farm. The event is perfect for young anglers eager to learn the basics of fishing. Guided by Blackout Outfitters, participants will discover essential skills like casting, baiting hooks and identifying local fish species, all in a fun and supportive environment. No prior experience or fishing license is needed, and all equipment will be provided. It’s a wonderful opportunity for kids to connect with nature, build confidence, and create lasting memories by the water.
Session 1: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Session 2: 2 to 6 p.m.
Open to Putnam County residents only.
