Red Light, Green Light, Eat Right

Come to the Garden Around the Corner on June 4th for an interactive kids nutrition workshop! Children ages 5-15 years are invited to make their own personalized healthy food poster to take home. Help kids on their path to healthy-eating choices from common foods available. Kids will explore basic food categories, (1) healthy food, (2) foods to eat in moderation, and (3) foods to avoid, so they can . . . Red, Light, Green Light, Eat Right!

NOTE: This activity is for general nutrition awareness only. It is not a food prescription for children and their families. For nutrition plans, families are advised to seek professional advice.

Child aged 12 and Under years old, parent must stay with child.

Light, healthy snack will be provided.
